Local Shipping

Free shipping is offered on orders above $50 SGD. 

You can expect to receive your parcel within 2 - 4 business days from the date of order placed.

Tracking information of your order will be sent to your email once your shipment has been dispatched. 

International Shipping

Free shipping is offered on orders above $100 SGD for the following countries:

Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Brunei, Vietnam, Cambodia, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Myanmar, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Malaysia.

You can expect to receive your parcel within 7 - 9 business days from the date of order placed.

Tracking information of your order will be sent to your email once your shipment has been dispatched. 

Customs & Import Charge: Import duties are charged once the package reaches your destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. 

Unfortunately, KYDRA do not have control over these charges as custom policies and import duties varies differently from country to country.
