Local Shipping
- Free shipping is offered on orders above $50 SGD.
*excluding Gift Cards
- You can expect to receive your parcel within 2 - 4 business days from the date of order placed.
- Tracking information of your order will be sent to your email once your shipment has been dispatched.
International Shipping
- Free shipping is offered on orders above $50 SGD for Malaysia, and above $100 SGD for the following countries:
Australia, United States, Thailand, Taiwan, Brunei, Vietnam, Cambodia, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Myanmar, South Korea, and Hong Kong.
- You can expect to receive your parcel within 7 - 9 business days from the date of order placed.
- Tracking information of your order will be sent to your email once your shipment has been dispatched.
- Customs & Import Charge: Import duties are charged once the package reaches your destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
- Unfortunately, KYDRA do not have control over these charges as custom policies and import duties varies differently from country to country.
- Please also note that Taxes and Charges (including VAT) are included in the item price or shipping charges.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds
- Available on unworn items within 21 days from date of shipment.
Exchanges
- Available on unworn items within 30 days from date of shipment.
*Kindly note that sports bras cannot be exchanged due to hygiene purposes.
- To start a Return / Exchange, please email us at hello@mykydra.com with the following:
- Email address used to place the order
- Order Number (if available)
- Colour, Size and Fit of the items desired for return or exchange
- Reason for the return (too big, too small, too short, too long, etc)
- Colour and size of replacement pair, if desired.
- *Items to be in original condition, with tags still attached.
- Items strictly not eligible for return, refund or exchange:
- Sale items
- Marked-down items
- Pre-order items
- Items bought during sale and/ or promotional periods
- Items bought using discount codes
- All returns/exchanges must be shipped via registered mail or any mail with tracking to our office address. KYDRA will strictly not be responsible for any lost or misplaced mails. Do note that you will incur a SGD $5 shipping fee to mail your replacement items to you.
If we have made a mistake with the delivery of your order (wrong address written, wrong item shipped etc.), we will be committed to rectify the problem. However, if it was a mistake on your end (provided us with the wrong delivery details etc.), a re-delivery fee of SGD $6 will be administered if you do not inform us of your incorrect delivery details within 12 hours of your order.
Cancellation
- Once orders are confirmed and processed, no cancellations are allowed once they’ve been packed and ready to ship.
